Randy is Awesome
Randy has been my property manager for just over 2 years now. He is one hard working and dedicated person. I haven't had any issues getting new tenants into my property under his perview. He treats my home as if it was his. He truly has my families and my best interests at heart when dealing with my rental property. I am very fortunate that I met him. I can garauntee I wouldn't get this kind of service from big companies like Century 21 for example. If you need someone to be your property manager or sell/buy a home for you, Randy Pereira is your man!
