T2M Real Estate simply offers an innovative and cost-effective way to conduct your real estate business. You don’t pay for what you don’t need. Pretty Simple. Work where, and when, you are most productive. You will have access to a personalized @trust2move.com email address, which comes with all the bells and whistle of google apps for business. You will be provided training on the tools used through T2M Real Estate and guidance in performing your daily work activities.
You have the freedom to realize your true potential as an agent.
We do not offer an office space, since most agents do not truly need it. We operate with very low overhead compared to a typical real estate company, and spend the majority of our resources marketing our properties the right way. T2M Real Estate has always believed in spending money to do the job right, instead of marketing our own name.

Absolutely No Royalty and/or Franchise Fees.
The only charges you will see are a low $100 a month fee, and $150 E&O insurance fee per closed sales transaction. Leases have no transaction fee. You only pay $100 a month! See Terms of Service Agreement

Transactions and Closing
We use a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) which we fax to the title company authorizing them to cut your commission directly to you. You simply email, or upload, your completed transaction file. We review to make sure it is complete and accurate, then fax/email the CDA to title automatically.

Sign Up Process
You can be an active T2M Real Estate Agent TODAY! The process is very simple. After completing the online sign up process to get your account setup. You will fill out and send in the appropriate “TREC Sponsorship Form” provided in your welcome package. Then you must provide written notice to your previous broker, if applicable, that you have decided to change sponsorship.
Once you sponsorship form has been postmarked and your broker has been notified, you have officially joined T2M Real Estate!
*Your Welcome Package after signup will contain all necessary forms. Already licensed agents can be up and running in as little as a day! Individuals applying for a Texas Real Estate License will have a slight delay before they become active with T2M Real Estate.*
