Rental Application
Please review the Five Simple Steps, and submit your rental application accordingly. All applications will be processed within 24 – 72 hours.

Step 1 – Review/Sign Company policy/procedure for tenant screening, and application process. Call/Email to discuss any questions/concerns (pets, move-in date. appliances, etc…).
Step 2 – Complete TAR-2003 Rental Application, and provided any additional documentation requested in the company policy/procedure and tenant screening document (Step 1).
Step 3 – Fax or Email in .PDF format completed documents from Step 1 & Step 2.
Step 4 – Submit application fee(s) using PayPal below. ($45 for each TAR 2003 submitted).
Step 5 – Once a complete application and payment has been received, it will be processed in the order it was received.
If you don’t receive a call/email from property manager confirming it was received in 1 – 2 hrs, feel free to inquire.
