FTHB TAX Credit extended for Military Overseas

Military members, who are returning from overseas, can still take advantage of the “First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit” until June 2011. Even if you already own another property! (That last part isn’t a typo) This is a great opportunity for service members. There are plenty of homes on the market for sale, and mortgage interest rates are still low. You can now add that there are even less buyers in the market since the first time home buyer tax credit has ended for most.
